User Agreement

1. General

777jaya is a gaming platform operated by a Curaçao licensed entity. The Website, the Services and any related activities are provided to eligible players under these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account and using the Services, you acknowledge and accept these Terms as binding law between you and 777jaya.

  • 1.1 The Website is owned and operated by a Curaçao entity that holds a Curaçao Gaming Control Board license for online gambling.
  • 1.2 The terms may be amended by 777jaya from time to time. Notification of updates may be provided on the Terms page, and continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
  • 1.3 The English language version governs these Terms; translations are provided for convenience and in the event of inconsistency the English version prevails.

2. Eligibility and Access

Access to the Services is limited to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria. You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction of residence and age requirements prior to use.

Payments to and from the 777jaya wallet or balance may be conducted in the following currencies or digital assets, subject to applicable exchange rates and regulatory requirements.

  • 4.2 Supported digital assets and equivalents: BTC, BCH, ETH, DOG, LTC, USDT, XRP, BNB, ADA, TRX.
  • 4.3 The platform may adjust supported currencies from time to time. Any changes will be communicated on the Payments or Terms pages.

5. Fees And Taxes

You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or similar charges arising from your participation and winnings, in accordance with laws applicable to your residence. 777jaya does not provide tax advice.

  • 5.1 Tax obligations: you must self-assess and report gambling winnings as required by local law.
  • 5.2 Exchange rate and conversions: exchange rate fluctuations may affect the value of currencies and assets used for deposits and withdrawals.

6. Game Rules

You acknowledge familiarity with the rules of each game offered on the platform and understand that payout percentages, return to player, and game mechanics are determined by the respective game providers and disclosed to players where applicable.

  • 6.1 It is the player's responsibility to understand the specific rules, payout tables, and wagering requirements for any game or bonus.

7. Disclaimer Of Liabilities

Gambling involves financial risk. 777jaya provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.

  • 7.1 The Company is not liable for losses arising from the use of the Services, except as required by applicable law.

  • 7.3 Third party terms: the Company is not liable for how third party software providers or other partners process data or operate their services beyond the terms provided by those entities.
  • 7.4 Technical issues: hardware, software, or network problems on the player's side are outside the Company's control and relief from liability may apply in such cases.
  • 7.5 Error handling: if a bet or payment is placed in error or credits are incorrectly posted, 777jaya reserves the right to correct the balance by reversal or adjustment and to suspend or cancel affected transactions as appropriate.
  • 7.6 Bonus and winnings errors: if a bonus or winnings are credited in error, such credits remain the property of 777jaya and may be withdrawn or removed from the player's account.
  • 7.7 Indemnity: the player agrees to indemnify 777jaya and its officers, employees, and affiliated providers from claims arising from the player's use of the Services.

8. Gaming Account

Users may create a single personal account per residence and per device footprint as required by 777jaya's policies. The following rules apply to account use and transactions.

  • 8.1 Account creation: only one active account per person; duplicate accounts or accounts opened by multiple parties are prohibited.
  • 8.2 Verification: 777jaya may require verification documents prior to enabling full functionality, including identity and age verification.
  • 8.3 Deposit limits: the maximum amount a player may deposit in a 24-hour period is USD 10,000 or the equivalent in the account currency. Deposits exceeding this limit may be cancelled at the Company's discretion.
  • 8.4 Source of funds: for deposits exceeding USD 10,000, 777jaya may request documentation of the source of funds to comply with anti‑money laundering requirements.
  • 8.5 Withdrawal limits: the maximum withdrawal in any 24-hour period is USD 20,000 or the equivalent in the account currency, subject to verification and payment method limitations.
  • 8.6 Withdrawal method: withdrawals must be processed through the same payment method used for the deposit unless the Company determines otherwise for AML or operational reasons.
  • 8.7 Transfer prohibition: accounts or funds may not be transferred or assigned to third parties. Any attempt to transfer rights may result in forfeiture of funds and termination of the account.
  • 8.8 Betting integrity: 777jaya may suspend or cancel bets or winnings in cases of suspected collusion, fraud, or manipulation of the betting system.
  • 8.9 Erroneous credits: if a balance is credited in error, the player must notify the Company immediately; such errors may be corrected by adjustment, repayment, or reversal of the credited amount.

9. Promotions and Bonus Terms

Promotions and bonuses are offered at the Company's discretion and are subject to separate terms and conditions. Bonuses may be withdrawn only after meeting specified wagering requirements, time limits, and other restrictions outlined in the applicable bonus terms. If a bonus is terminated or revoked, any winnings derived from the bonus may be cancelled in full.
