Bonus Terms and Conditions

These terms govern all bonus offers available from 777jaya. By claiming any bonus, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and any bonus specific terms published with the promotion. If a promotion contains its own terms, those terms prevail for that promotion to the extent of any inconsistency.

Eligibility and Account Verification

1. To participate in any bonus offer, your 777jaya account must be fully verified. Verification requires accurate personal information including full name, residential address, date of birth and confirmation of acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The operator may request documents for identity, address and payment method verification at any time.
2. Only one account per person, household or device is permitted. Duplicate or shared accounts may result in immediate withdrawal restrictions, bonus cancellation and account suspension.
3. Bonus eligibility may be restricted by jurisdiction. 777jaya reserves the right to determine eligibility for any player and to refuse a bonus at its sole discretion where required by law or policy.

No Deposit Bonus Terms

1. No deposit bonuses are offered only to eligible players with verified accounts. Eligibility is subject to ongoing compliance with these Terms and any promotional-specific terms.
2. Maximum winnings from a no deposit bonus are capped at 5 000 RUB, 135 BYN, 25 000 KZT or 645 000 UZS. Any amount earned above these caps will be deducted from the bonus balance or winnings as applicable.
3. Wagering requirements are 45 times the sum of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Winnings from a no deposit bonus may not be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are fully met.
4. Withdrawal of winnings obtained while playing with a no deposit bonus is only permitted after the wagering requirements are satisfied. If a deposit is made, winnings obtained from the no deposit bonus may be withdrawn in line with normal withdrawal terms after wagering completion.
5. Activation, eligibility and geographic restrictions apply. Players using disposable or temporary email addresses are not eligible for no deposit bonuses. If a no deposit bonus is issued in error, any winnings may be forfeited.
6. General bonus terms apply to no deposit offers unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

Free Spins Terms

1. Free spins are issued as part of a bonus promotion and are available only to eligible players in accordance with the specific promotion terms.
2. Activation of free spins is performed under the promotion’s instructions, typically via the My Bonuses or Bonuses dashboard. After activation, you may be required to make a deposit to receive the bonus credit in your dashboard.
3. Any winnings derived from free spins are credited as bonus funds and carry a wagering requirement of 45 times unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms.
4. Free spins must be activated within 1 day from issue and all spins must be used within 1 day of activation unless stated otherwise.
5. After activation, all eligible rounds must be completed within the stated window; otherwise, remaining spins will expire and any winnings may be forfeited.
6. The maximum bet permitted while a free spin bonus is active is 500 RUB, 15 BYN, 2 500 KZT or 65 000 UZS, or the equivalent in the currency in use.
7. Free spins and associated bonus funds are subject to the same wagering and withdrawal rules as other bonuses. Bet types and game selections that do not contribute toward wagering may be excluded by the promotion terms or the game provider rules.
8. Active bonuses may be canceled by the player prior to wagering completion. The cancellation will forfeit the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Deposit Bonus Terms

1. To qualify for a deposit bonus, a minimum deposit of 1 000 RUB or its equivalent in another currency is required unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
2. Deposit bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and subject to standard bonus terms and wagering requirements. Wagering requirements are calculated on the sum of the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus.
3. Bonuses are generally available for 7 days from the moment they are credited unless otherwise stated. Free spins or other bonus components may have different expiry periods as defined in the promotion terms.
4. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while other games contribute at fractions defined in the individual game terms and the promotion terms. Games from certain categories may be excluded from bonus promotions.
5. Only bets placed with bonus funds count toward wagering requirements. Real money bets will be applied to wagering only after bonus funds are exhausted, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
6. The maximum win from a deposit bonus is capped as defined in the promotion terms. Wagered bonus funds must be fully accounted for before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
7. Bonuses are non-stackable. Each account may receive only one active promotional bonus at a time unless the terms explicitly allow multiple concurrent bonuses.

Wagering, Game Contributions and Activity Rules

1. Wagering requirements for standard bonuses are 45 times the sum of the bonus and any winnings from it, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms.
2. Game contributions toward wagering are as follows unless stated otherwise in the individual game terms: Slots 100%; Sportsbook 10%; Live Casino 5%; Dice 5%; Provably Fair Games 5% and other categories as defined in the game terms. Some games may be excluded from wagering entirely.
3. Casino promotions may exclude Jackpot, Live Casino, Instant Games and certain provider games from bonus wagering. If a game is excluded, it will be listed in the promotion terms or accessible via the Bonus Wagering section.
4. Only bets placed with bonus funds count toward wagering requirements. Bets placed with real money funds are counted toward wagering only after the real money balance is exhausted unless stated otherwise in the bonus terms.
5. Gamble and Double Up features do not count toward wagering requirements. Free spins and bonus rounds also do not automatically contribute toward wagering unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
6. In multi session play, only bets placed in the first session are counted toward wagering requirements for a given bonus unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.

Withdrawals, Verification and Processing

1. Before payout of any winnings derived from bonus activity, 777jaya reserves the right to request documents for account verification. Acceptable documents include government issued photo ID, proof of address, and, if applicable, a card verification for card deposits.
2. If a withdrawal request is made before wagering requirements are met, the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited, and real funds used to satisfy any pending bets will be applied in accordance with internal policy.
3. Minimal withdrawal amount is 10 USD or equivalent. All withdrawals are subject to internal review and the payment method’s processing times. The operator may request additional documentation to complete the withdrawal.

Fraud, Abuse and Dispute Resolution

1. Any attempt to exploit a promotion, engage in bonus abuse or other fraudulent activity will be treated as a material breach of these Terms. 777jaya reserves the right to reclaim bonus amounts, void winnings and suspend or close accounts at its sole discretion.
2. Accounts found to be multi homed or operated for the purpose of generating promotional profits may be closed without refund. The operator also reserves the right to withhold or reclaim funds where fraud is suspected.
3. All bonus related disputes will be resolved by 777jaya in its sole discretion. The decision of 777jaya is final and binding.

Promotional Changes, Modifications and Cancellations

777jaya reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any bonus program at any time and without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated on the site. In case of conflicts between the general terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the terms of the specific promotion shall prevail.

Publicity and Data Use

By accepting a bonus, you may be asked to participate in promotional activities. 777jaya may publish non sensitive information about winners using only your first name and the initial of your last name. All personal data is protected in accordance with the site privacy policy and applicable law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where 777jaya operates. Any disputes arising from bonus offers will be resolved by the competent courts in that jurisdiction, subject to the operator's right to an internal dispute resolution process.
